Ms. Jessica Lalehzar concentrates her practice in construction & real estate owners' litigation and premises liability. Ms. Lalehzar earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor for Volume 25 of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and Director of Events for the Jewish Law Students Association. She graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Political Science.

During law school, Ms. Lalehzar published an article entitled “Don’t Foreclose on Me: ADR’s Role in Regulating the Foreclosure Power of Homeowner’s Associations in the Aftermath of COVID-19" in Volume 25 of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Lalehzar enjoys cooking and baking.
