Having gained a deep understanding of the risk, exposure, and profitability factors that carriers consider when underwriting and insuring new and existing programs and policies, Neal has developed and drafted hundreds of policies and endorsements, including environmental insurance policies currently in use throughout the U.S. market, as well as Bermuda Excess Casualty and Follow Form policies.
Neal has been recognized for his outstanding record and reputation as an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He also is a sought-after speaker, lecturing on a variety of insurance topics at the Bermuda Insurance Institute, International Claims Professionals Association conferences, and other forums.
Before joining London Fischer, Neal held a partnership position at a prominent national insurance coverage and defense firm. He holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and earned undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Philosophy, cum laude, from Stony Brook University.
Beyond the confines of the courtroom, Neal enjoys connecting with nature through hiking. He also immerses himself in literature and music to satisfy his aesthetic and artistic unquenchable quest for learning.
