- In October 2023, Nick secured a Summary Judgment in a wrongful death case, debunking claims of negligent tractor-trailer maintenance by demonstrating no causal link to the accident.
- In October 2022, Nick won a unanimous defense verdict from an Orange County jury, concluding the liability phase in a high-stakes bifurcated trial involving traumatic spinal injury from premises liability.
- Nick's legal strategy prevailed in a three-week Southern California brain injury trial where the plaintiff sought $9 million in damages. Despite allegations of permanent mental disability, Nick's defense team persuaded the jury to find no causation between the accident and the claimed injuries after just a half-day of deliberation.
