On August 29, 2023, Jonathan Kranz (FL, NY & NJ), Wendy Keenan (NY & NJ), and Matthew Goldman (NY) conducted a webinar for more than 95 claim executives at a prominent international insurance company. They discussed allocation in connection with an insurer’s duty to pay covered vs. non-covered claims, including defense costs and indemnity. The panel addressed a variety of issues under the laws of Florida, New York, New Jersey, and California as well as pertinent policy provisions. The webinar also included a discussion of hypotheticals based on real life cases and important practice tips.
