NEW YORK--In response to the increasing frequency of high-stakes business litigation, New York-based national legal defense firm London Fischer LLP is establishing a new Strategic Risk & Complex Litigation Practice Group co-led by nationally recognized trial attorney John J. McDonough and Senior Partner Anthony F. Tagliagambe, a longtime member of the firm.
This practice group will continue handling high value complex cases in coordination with London Fischer’s specialized litigation practices of toxic torts, products liability, professional liability, insurance and reinsurance, cyber liability, and construction accidents, defects, claims, and subrogation. All these litigation practices handle multi-district litigation throughout the United States.
