On March 20, 2024, Jonathan Kranz (FL, NY & NJ) presented at an international insurance seminar in London regarding Directors & Officers liability and exposures. The event was attended by over 60 claims handlers, underwriters and brokers from numerous companies. Mr. Kranz discussed the latest trends in the United States concerning Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) compliance as well as recent regulatory activity and enforcement. He also addressed recent shareholder class actions filed in the United States asserting claims against corporations, directors and officers for “greenwashing,” “AI-washing” and “cyber-washing.”
