Our good friends Butch Giardina and Sal Fichera were honored by the AFL-CIO for their enduring support of union labor. Sal and Butch are co-Presidents of the largest mechanical contractor in the state of New Jersey. F&G is considered the highest quality mechanical and sprinkler contractor, and they attribute a great deal of their success to the excellence of their skilled union labor.
