Plaintiffs filed a motion requesting the recusal of the Honorable Justice Hagler that was initially denied then subsequently denied following the filing of a motion to renew. Plaintiffs filed an appeal asserting allegations of prejudice, bias, and corruption against the Court. The First Department has recently affirmed the trial court’s denial of Plaintiffs’ motion for recusal and renewal. Shortly thereafter, the trial court issued a decision granting the dismissal of all claims asserted against London Fischer LLP’s clients including but not limited to claims for legal malpractice, breach of contract, and fraudulent inducement.
